We are delighted to welcome Sarah Mitchell to Aureol Global Healthcare as our new Client Solutions Director, bringing with her more than 25 years of leadership experience in the recruitment industry.
Throughout her career, Sarah has held senior roles at some of the most recognised names in the recruitment sector, including Impellam, Phaidon International, and Manpower, as well as fast-moving, independently owned organisations such as the HRGo Group. Her ability to adapt and thrive in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments has shaped a well-rounded, strategic approach to workforce and healthcare recruitment solutions.
Sarah has a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, launching new business units and driving growth across both established and emerging markets. She brings with her a deep understanding of what it takes to build sustainable recruitment strategies in complex and evolving industries, particularly within healthcare.
In addition to her recruitment expertise, Sarah has extensive experience in Learning and Development. She has designed and implemented tailored training programmes for individuals and teams with a strong focus on graduate development. Her approach blends structured learning with a deep understanding of how people grow and succeed in real world roles.
In her most recent position as Client Director, Sarah was instrumental in managing and expanding relationships with major corporate accounts, including the NHS. She has also worked closely with executive leadership in identifying and securing top tier talent for C-suite and strategically critical roles.
At the heart of Sarah’s approach is a strong belief in collaboration. She takes the time to understand each client’s specific challenges and priorities, particularly when it comes to sourcing skilled professionals in competitive or talent-scarce areas. Clients consistently value her as a trusted adviser, someone who listens carefully, asks the right questions and delivers results that make a difference.
